Due to its modular concept, the LLC wet spinning plant can be flexibly integrated into existing plants and allows easy adaptation of the modules by the operator. The coagulation bath with thermal insulation and stainless steel piping can be operated in the air gap or regular wet spinning process using the height adjustment. Almost all polymer and solvent combinations can be used, as high-alloy stainless steels and corrosion-resistant coatings are used. With its thermal media circuit, the plant represents a perfect starting point for converting a polymer into fibers. In addition, the washing and drawing module with three washing zones and four drive units offers individually adjustable sections that allow a defined drawing ratio. The fiber is then drawn through the drying unit via the exit of the last draw zone and wound onto a bobbin by the portable cross winder.
