DIENES systems cover the complete process from spinning the fibres to the finished drawn yarn. A selection of DIENES MultiMode® modules is available for each process step, which can be equipped with additional equipment (e.g. yarn tension measurement on a Duo). An adaptation of the DIENES MultiMode® modules to your specific process parameters is possible at any time. We will be pleased to advise you which DIENES MultiMode® modules are best suited for your process. Due to the modular design, we can take specific customer requirements into account and it is possible to expand the system at a later date without any problems. Furthermore, modules from other manufacturers can be integrated. Due to its modular concept, the LLC wet spinning plant can be flexibly integrated into existing plants and allows easy adaptation of the modules by the operator. The coagulation bath with thermal insulation and stainless steel piping can be operated in the air gap or regular wet spinning process using the height adjustment. Almost all polymer and solvent combinations can be used, as high-alloy stainless steels and corrosion-resistant coatings are used. With its thermal media circuit, the plant represents a perfect starting point for converting a polymer into fibers. In addition, the washing and drawing module with three washing zones and four drive units offers individually adjustable sections that allow a defined drawing ratio. The fiber is then drawn through the drying unit via the exit of the last draw zone and wound onto a bobbin by the portable cross winder.

The MultiMode® Concept ensures high flexibility, modularity and versatility. Each module can be individually adapted to customer-specific requirements and has its own decentralized control, which is the key to integration into any plant at any time with reduced programming effort. In the MultiMode® Explorer developed by DIENES, all process data are permanently visualized and recorded with a high degree of transparency. Data analysis and individual process evaluation are possible via a multitude of combinable functions. Process-relevant data can be set and controlled from mobile devices. All data can be exported.
