FibreShapesystem -length analysis of rCF / glass
The FibreShape CROSS system consists of an A4 scanner with sample feeder, a laptop and the FibreShape CROSS software. The FibreShape CROSS software allows the analysis of crossing stiff fibers. FibreShape can be used for incoming inspection of the length and width of rCF (recycled carbon fibres) or glass fibres, but also for checking the fibre length as part of the processing chain.

Geosynthetics, geogrids, geotextile, geocomposites
“Mahina-TST” LLC is a modern European manufacturing company with production facilities in Mogilev, Belarus. Since 2006, Mahina-TST has been specializing in the production of high-strength geotextiles, geogrids, and special reinforcing fabrics. Our production facility features the very latest technological equipment. Mahina TST physical and mechanical testing laboratory is equipped with the latest state of the arts devices that ensure high quality, objectivity and reliability of the testing, and it is also worth mentioning that the company has its own location to test geosynthetic materials for installation damage. Mahina TST products are manufactured to a high specification and quality control is confirmed by our ISO 9001 certificate. Tests conducted by independent TRI laboratory (USA) and the KIWA facility (Germany) confirm compliance with international standards.

Testing devices for the testing of composites
Grasse Zur Composite Testing offers a wide range of testing fixtures for the mechanical parameter determination of fibre-reinforced plastics. The testing fixtures are used in universal testing machines (e.g. Zwick, MTS, Instron,...) according to the respective testing standard to perform quasi-static and cyclic tests. Through the operation of the DIN EN ISO 17025 accredited materials testing laboratory, Grasse Zur Composite Testing has the know-how in the use of testing fixtures to achieve the best test results with optimized ergonomics. As a member of DIN, Grasse Zur Composite Testing actively designs new standards and revises existing test procedures. In addition, individual test fixtures are developed on behalf of customers, such as the release agent test fixture in cooperation with BMW, with which special applications can be carried out.

Non-contact online process control US-Plus
The innovative online process control GZ US-Plus® enables non-contact process monitoring for curing control on cross-linking plastics such as composites (glass fibre and carbon fibre reinforced plastics), free-flowing granulates, casting resins, BMC/SMC, adhesives (epoxy resins), etc. The mode of operation of the online process control is based on ultrasonic measurements. GZ US-Plus® allows statements to be made about differences in curing properties and flow behaviour compared to reference values or other batches, as well as about deviations in production parameters. By analyzing the measurement data, the optimum process parameters can be determined. In this way, curing times can be minimized, rejects avoided and the quality of the production process documented.

Magos solution
Magos smashes the benchmark for highest finger interaction quality in virtual training and simulation applications, enabling lifelike interactions with the digital world via human fingers. Being the only solution that changes the whole experience, as it moves training from an unrealistic or even negative event to a real experience! The company has been working with large corporations in aerospace and defense and healthcare in the North America and EU showing impressive interest and potential. Of high importance (for side products) is the generation of (reliable and highly accurate) motion data that can be utilized to deploy applications either in XR (training validation, knowledge or in other markets (robotics, healthcare other).

MultiMode pilot plants
DIENES systems cover the complete process from spinning the fibres to the finished drawn yarn. A selection of DIENES MultiMode® modules is available for each process step, which can be equipped with additional equipment (e.g. yarn tension measurement on a Duo). An adaptation of the DIENES MultiMode® modules to your specific process parameters is possible at any time. We will be pleased to advise you which DIENES MultiMode® modules are best suited for your process. Due to the modular design, we can take specific customer requirements into account and it is possible to expand the system at a later date without any problems. Furthermore, modules from other manufacturers can be integrated. Examples of realized plants: - Wet-spinning plant for the production of carbon precursor - Plants for oxidation, carbonization and activation of carbon precursor - Various melt spinning plants (Mono and Biko) - Nanofibre spinning plants among others
