ATB Arbeit, Technik und Bildung gGmbHATB gGmbH was founded in 1991 as an independent private labor science research and consulting institute, since 2014 ATB is a non-profit limited liability company. The ATB sees itself as a bridge builder between science and practice, it has many years of experience in process-oriented personnel and organizational consulting and development support. As an occupational science project workshop, ATB brings a high level of expertise in the implementation of participation-oriented formats (including workshops, collegial benchmarking, operational application workshops, operational reallabs) as well as in the operational structure building in small and medium-sized enterprises in order to increase the flexibility and agility of the organization and the employees as well as the willingness to cooperate and network with the regional ecosystem (business, science, society).
